My Daily Regime to Keeping Myself In Shapeposted on 27 January 2012 in Health and BeautyI learnt so much from my Personal trainer, and I know incorporate a lot of what I've learnt into my daily routines. I normally walk for 500 meters to get warmed up, then start jogging around a football pitch going round 5 times. After doing that I normally stretch the whole body from toe to head, and make sure am flexible to push now for more laps and sprints. Sprints I normally do short sprints of 20,40,80 meters and long sprints of diagonals across the football pitch. Cooling down I normally walk round the pitch like 3 times and stretch again from head to toe. Also I do aerobic twice a week with the cardio machine. Lift weights to add more muscle in me, and I normally do for the whole body. My usual weight is normally 80 to120 kg of weight that I do. Daily I do push ups like 50 a day and some sit ups also 50 a day. Riding bicycle is another thing that I do, I normally cycle 3km on weekends. Playing basketball also at the weekends, Playing rugby and soccer when I get time to go the club. |
